Call for papers
The IIRA European Congress 2010 will address the following themes:
Track 1: The diverse labour force – new and old challenges
Track 2: Workplace relations and HR – back to collectivism?
Track 3: Employment policies – labour demand, demography and social partners
Track 4: Regulating employment in Europe – processes, actors and governance

Submission of papers
At the IIRA 2010 there will be a large number of oral workshop presentations (15-20 min.). The deadline for submission of papers has passed. (Paper guidelines are still available online - please see the pdf-file below. You can also still find the previous guidelines for abstracts and special symposia proposals).

Research presentations
In stead of poster sessions there will be research presentation sessions with short oral presentations of 5-10 minutes each (including feedback) depending on the number of presentations. At the research presentation session presenters will have the opportunity to distribute their paper and receive relevant feedback.

Special symposia
At the 2010 European Congress we will follow up on the initiative of the 15th IIRA World Congress in Sydney to include a number of special symposia in the main program (90 minutes sessions). The symposia are designed to showcase innovative collaborative research in the field. It is no longer possible to submit proposals for the special symposia.
