Reservation

 

In order to secure an accommodation suiting your needs and wishes, you are encouraged to book a room when you register online for the congress. During this process you will be able to indicate the preferred hotel and dates.

 

If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the closest alternative will be allocated.

 

If it is more convenient for you to book the hotel at a later stage you can email us with your request on participants@discongress.com

Scandic Hotel Copenhagen****

Scandic Hotel Copenhagen is located in the heart of Copenhagen, close to the Tivoli Gardens, and the pedestrian street, Strøget. The 18th floor hotel has 486 rooms and a view over one of the three lakes in Copenhagen. Parking facilities in a nearby basement against a parking fee.

Cab Inn Scandinavia***

Cab Inn Scandinavia is located in the heart of Copenhagen at Frederiksberg near the Lakes and the Metro Forum; just 10 min. walk from Tivoli Gardens and the pedestrian street, Strøget. The hotel has 201 rooms and 25 rooms are especially designed for wheelchair users. All rooms have private bath, toilet, television, phone and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. Payment, cancellation and changes

All reservations shall be pre-paid when registering online. This guarantees your room reservation.

 

All changes must be emailed to DIS Congress Service on participants@discongress.com

 

In case of cancellation before the 25th of may the full amount for the reservation will be refunded. For cancellations made between the 25th of may and the 10th of june the amount will be refunded if we are able to allocate the cancelled room-nights to another guest. In case of a refund this will be made after the congress. For cancellations made after the 10th of june no refund can be made.
